Refund policy

7-Day Quality Confirmation Period:

Upon receiving your product, you have a 7-day window to assess its quality. If any issues are identified, proven to be caused by us, the seller will accept no-reason returns or refunds within this period. However, evidence must be provided by the buyer for verification. Beyond this initial 7-day period, no-reason return and refund requests will not be accepted.

 

 

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

 

Return Process:

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

 

Damages and Issues:

Auto-Entry Warranty Clause (Beyond 7 Days but Within 30 Days):

Situation 1: Human Reasons In cases of buyer-induced damage or at the buyer's discretion, the seller can offer repair services. However, the buyer is responsible for covering the associated freight and maintenance costs.

 

Situation 2: Non-Human Reasons For products experiencing quality problems or natural issues such as stone falling off or metal fading within the 30-day period, the seller will cover maintenance costs. However, the buyer is responsible for freight costs.

 

 

Lifelong Warranty Policy (After 30 Days):

Beyond the initial 30 days, the seller guarantees the best quality and the lowest price for maintenance and repair services. All associated costs, including maintenance and repair, are borne by the buyer.

 

 

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

 

Refunds:

We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return, and inform you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times by your bank or credit card company may vary. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

Not Applicable to Custom Jewelry: Notwithstanding the above, please note that if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, the standard 14-day cooling-off period may not be applicable to custom jewelry orders. Our business specializes in crafting personalized pieces, and as a result, returns are subject to the conditions outlined in our general return policy. Custom jewelry orders may be ineligible for returns or refunds after the 7-day quality confirmation period.
